Ohlsen-Jenner House

The Ohlsen-Jenner House (aka Jenner House) is a brick building built in 1889; it was added onto in 1909 by John Ohlsen.  Bob Jenner married Dora Ohlsen; this house and acreage became their home.  The unique brick barn was built about the same time as the original Ohlsen house.  The SCHS purchased this property in November of 1988.  The Ohlsen- Jenner House underwent some recent restoration and an Open House was held on May 25-27, 2019 to showcase these changes. It is open on Sunday's from from 1-4 p.m. from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
